GoBox is a mailbox service in McAllen, Texas. We give you a US address to receive your purchases from American stores, and we store them until you come to pick them up.
How does the pickup service work?
Shop at any US store using your GoBox address. When your package arrives, we'll notify you. Come pick it up during our business hours.
What does my membership include?
It depends on the plan you choose: number of packages per month, storage days, email and WhatsApp notifications, and a unique pickup code. If you'd rather skip the membership, with Pickup Only you just pay per package. Check the memberships section for details.
How do I know when my package arrived?
We notify you by email and WhatsApp as soon as we receive your package.
Where can I pick up my packages?
At our facility: 824 E Hackberry Ave Ste 180, McAllen, TX 78501. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
How long can I leave my package?
It depends on your plan: Basic 3 days, Standard 7 days, Premium 14 days. With Pickup Only it's 3 days. After that, additional storage charges may apply.
What types of packages can you receive?
We receive most commercial packages from US stores. A standard package is up to 15 lb and a maximum of 24" × 18" × 18"; anything over the weight or dimensions counts as a large package and may have an additional charge. We do not accept hazardous materials, perishables, or items requiring special storage conditions.
What happens if I can't pick up on time?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can arrange an extension based on available space. After your plan's storage period, additional charges may apply.
When will shipping and import services be available?

Can I use GoBox without a membership?
Yes. With Pickup Only you get your US address and pay only per package, from $4 USD, with no monthly fee. The price may vary based on the weight and dimensions of the box.
How does the unique pickup code work?
When your package is ready, we send a unique code to the account holder. Anyone who presents that code can pick it up, so you can send someone you trust with no extra paperwork.
Why does GoBox need weight and dimensions?
Weight and length × width × height help us assess size and cost. For Urgent Pickup, provide estimates when requesting the service so we can quote it. For purchases shipped to your GoBox address, we weigh and measure the package when it arrives and tell you the amount of any surcharge before you come to collect it.
